Rod Cutting - We specialize in short lead times and high volume production. To achieve this, we use a series of CNC-controlled, two-column bar saws with a maximum cutting diameter of 12 inches. We also have facilities for cutting tubes and profiles (to close tolerances on request).
Plate Guillotine - High capacity hydraulic shearing to tight tolerances. The maximum thickness of aluminum products is 6mm. All of our board products are given a temporary plastic coating before cutting to ensure a scratch-free, clean surface. The coating peels off easily once you're ready to put the material in place.
